With the Winter chill here, Burtons introduces a new cocktail menu that features a variety of traditional and innovative blends. We combine premium spirits and liqueurs with fresh juices and purees to produce elegant and refreshing cocktails. Whether enjoying a glass of fine wine in our warm and inviting dining room or sipping a Hot Spiced Vanilla Buttered Rum at our casual, yet elegant bar, Burtons is the place to {B}.

Spiced Berry Kir Royale
pureed berries with a hint of cinnamon blended with grand marnier, domaine chandon champagne, cranberry and pomegranate juice
Pomegranate Collins
a fruit filled twist on the traditional cocktail, hendricks gin mixed with fresh lemon, pomegranate seeds and pomegranate juice
Winter Sangria
domaine de canton ginger liqueur, southern comfort, grand marnier and cabernet sauvignon blended with cranberry and pomegranate juices make this sangria a seasonal delight

Aztec Hot Chocolate
fresh hot chocolate mixed with tia maria, cinnamon schnapps and a hint of spice topped with whipped cream and a crushed red pepper brulee
Vegetarians Rejoice
Burtons has many options for vegetarians, and our chefs are always eager to modify dishes to fit your wishes. Some of our vegetarian choices include wild mushroom ravioli with sautéed asparagus and crimini mushrooms; vegetable risotto with zucchini, mushrooms, and peppers; and a grilled vegetable sandwich with caramelized onions and Provolone cheese on ciabatta. Special Diets
Millions in the United States require a gluten-free diet to stay healthy. At Burtons Grill, many of our menu items are naturally gluten-free. But we're also pleased to adapt other dishes, and have partnered with Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program.
