Burtons Grill South Windsor Hosts Wine & Cheese Tastings Every Wednesday Night for the Month of March!

Beginning Wednesday March 3, 2010 and continuing through Wednesday March 31, 2010 Burtons Grill in South Windsor, Connecticut will be offering “Wine Down Wednesdays,” featuring tastings in their lounge area from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Every Wednesday night enjoy wine and cheese pairings featuring wines from Brescome Barton Inc. and the delicious cheeses of Paul Marks.

The regional artisan cheeses will be prepared as cheese platters by Culinary Director Denise Baron. The decadent, authentic cheeses of Paul Marks will vary in flavor and texture; nutty to fruity and creamy to semi-soft. A wine expert from Brescome Barton Inc. will be present to discuss the pairings and Burtons’ extensive wine list. Whether you are a wine or food enthusiast, this is a great opportunity to enhance your knowledge about quality wines for your next dinner party and sharpen your palate for artisan cheese.
