Enjoy Valentine’s Day with Six Days of Love at Burtons Grill!  

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with our “6 Days of Love” from Tuesday February 9th, 2010 to Sunday February 14th 2010. To light the sparks, we will hold a special, four-course sparkling wine dinner on February 9th, 2010 at 6:30PM that is designed to excite more than just your palate. Michael Murphy, Regional Manager of Brescome Barton Inc., will be describing the complexities of each selection and how they pair with Culinary Director Denise Baron’s four-course romantic presentation.  At the price of $75.00 per person (tax and gratuity not included), this romantic dinner will set the mood for five more days of love!  Please see the menu below for wine dinner options.  

From February 10th through February 14th, 2010 the following romantic culinary creations will be available as specials in addition to Burtons Grill regular menu.

 

Valentine’s Day Features Menu
Note: Guests of the Wine Dinner are offered their choice of either Filet & Lobster or Salmon Oscar.

Oysters Rockefeller
blue point oysters topped with creamed spinach and finished with sambuca, topped with reggiano cheese and lightly broiled

Poached Pear Salad
bosc pears poached in port wine over baby spinach, arugula, gorgonzola and roasted borretane onions, all tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette with candied pecans

Filet & Lobster
5 oz filet seasoned and grilled and served with a butter poached north atlantic lobster tail, accompanied with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Salmon Oscar
bronzed salmon topped with lobster and finished with lemon butter sauce, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus


Mint Chocolate Cake
chocolate mint ganache layered between chocolate cake, topped with hot fudge sauce and whipped cream
