Are you or a loved one part of over 3 million Americans who suffer from celiac disease or gluten intolerance? If so, on Monday April 26, 2010 join Burtons Grill of Hingham, MA in partnership with Healthy Villi, the largest local support and educational group for celiac disease, for a specially prepared four course Gluten Free Dinner tailored to those suffering from gluten intolerance. Friends and families can enjoy a selection of menu items such as the homemade Baked Meatballs and Haddock Parmesan made with imported cheeses and gluten free breadcrumbs. At the price of $39.95 per person (tax and gratuity not included), this experience is perfect for everyone, gluten intolerant or not! (Please See Menu Below)

Baked Meatballs
Homemade meatballs made with pork and Angus ground chuck, baked with zesty tomato sauce and reggiano parmesan

Calamari

Point Judith Rhode Island calamari dredged in corn flour and fried, served with a special Burtons Grill tartar sauce

Risotto Fritters

Imported cheeses surrounded by house made gluten free breadcrumbs with risotto,

deep fried and served with a tomato cream sauce

Caesar Salad

Crisp hearts of romaine, croutons and Caesar dressing, topped with reggiano parmesan and anchovies on request

Traditional Italian Wedding Soup with a Burtons Grill Twist

Local day boat haddock, topped with zesty tomato sauce, imported cheeses and breadcrumbs, served with ratatouille and cheesy bread

Tender pan seared chicken with bread crumbs, topped with a delicate caper lemon butter sauce served with a side of spaghetti

Spinach and Cheese Ravioli

Homemade ravioli stuffed with spinach and cheese tossed in a wild mushroom cream sauce
